Sales completely crash after changes made to site and app

Sales have been steady for the past two weeks, then all of the sudden, they decided to make the unnecessary, ridiculous changes, and poof!!  All gone..  down 90% as of 530pm central.

This is crazy!  I swear there were 3 results 20 minutes ago.  NOW I just put in the exact same search words "monet white gold tone earrings" (without the quotes) and got over 900 results!  And on your link the only different was the hyphen.  Could they be doing something with the servers?

It is possible something at eBay has changed since your original search, or else there was a difference between your original search and your current search.

If you were making several searches in a row, there is always a chance that some setting from a previous search -- a filter option or category specification -- was being carried over and caused you to only see a few results.
