I have the same problem and I have been doing this for many years, your not doing nothing wrong this has been a problem for a long time now. I just pulled down ten listings that just sold the same day, they sold and relisted all on there own. When something sells, that should be the end of the listing,. It's been causing many of us lots of trouble letting down customers and refunding them for items we don't even have. Then they dropped me below standard when they knew all along it's there problem not ours. Hope this helps you
