[SITE ISSUE?] Promoted Listings Sales Report Not Working

After reviewing the new Promoted Listings Sales Report a few times yesterday, as of this writing it is no longer showing any info or results (zeros across the board).

YES!! A few times it has worked in the past couple of weeks, but usually it shows ZEROS all across just like yours, especially lately. On my  Dashboard I see that I have sold promoted items, I have ad fees, I have a total sales amount, etc... But EBAY,  I'd really like to be able to see the breakdown so that I  know which item sold, what the fee was, etc...  PLEASE FIX THIS!
