I'll give you the story and that might help, the shorter version: Dec. 30th my store is closed by eBay because I was buying stuff and thought it might be someone else. It wasn't, it was me. They should have just called and asked me. Afterall, they have my phone number. They removed all me listings even the ones with bids. I call and they say it's okay just re-subscribe and open the store again. Here's where the trouble begins. I try and it tells me I can't open the store because the name belongs to another seller. I am that other seller. It becomes frustrating so I let them try to open the store for me, with the same results. I didn't want another name for my store as I have had that name since I open the store here. They send me messages to relist my items that everything is okay. When I try, it wants me to pay for each listing, so I call them again. This goes on and on and was finally told to relist and they would credit my account, which by the way they never gave me the credit for. They wear me down after a few weeks and I open the store under another name, and you would think everything would be fine, but it wasn't. Next thing I notice I am being charged for listings again, so I call, again. They tell me I do not have a store, and I know for a fact that I do, but they insist I do not and will have to pay for all the listings. I'm sure you know my feelings by now. Then I remembered I received the 'confirmation' for the new store in my messages. So now I have proof. They tell me they will have to get back with me. They never did call me back, but the next week I get a message on my phone saying the charges are legit and I will have to pay them and nothing is said about the store that was closed on me again causing the charges. I'm about ready to leave eBay by this time. Then I made a sell. After printing the shipping label I clicked to return to My Seller Hub, but I didn't end up there. Instead, I ended up on a site that had my name and everything, but was the new version which I wasn't using, and, I could not get to My Seller Hub now. Was I ever **bleep**. Now they took My Seller Hub away from me, which by the way, they never could see when we were on the phone together. It was like we were both looking at different pages. I tried walking them through step by step too. I finally found a way to get there, and when I did, I clicked on My Seller Page and again I was at my site where I was suppose to be. Now I'm thinking, how is this possible? Then I clicked the top to go to 'My eBay' which should have taken me back to My Seller Hub, but it didn't. It took me to that new site where I don't want to be. Before this, I was able to go directly to 'My Seller Hub' after logging in by clicking 'My eBay', and by clicking the 'my sellers page' I would be directed to the sellers page where I could view everything the way I like it. So, you could say I found the 'other' seller who has my name and won't let me have it for my store name. Now, how do I get rid of the other me so I can have my store name back? Anyone know what do about this without loosing the older version page I want to keep? Right now I bypass this new page by looking up the Seller Hub and going there and then to my seller page. I just want to be able to go directly to the My Seller Hub when I sign in each time. As it is, when I try to go there now, it takes me to that new seller page I didn't open and don't want, and, without My Seller Hub, I can't go to my seller page that I set up long ago and want to keep it. What a mess. Everything was working just fine before they closed me down for no good reason other than they could. They reason they gave for doing so was so ridiculous that I am still amazed by it. Seriously, it was Christmas season and the Holidays and god forbid, I was buying stuff on eBay and paying for it. And for that, I get closed down and have been fighting ever since to get it fixed to no avail. I'm waiting for them to close my store down again any day now just because they can. Help!

First thing, I am not eBay and can only guess at what might have caused your issue.
Second, look at your personal information. Especially the phone and email addresses (instructions below). If these have been changed, immediately click on the link on the bottom of this page -
Security Center. Report an account hijacking. Let them tell you what to do next.
Third, click on this url (it should open in a different window, allowing you to come back here, to take the next steps) - https://signinalert.ebay.com/sgninalrt/sessions
If it shows more than your current session, end them!
Now immediately, change your password and secret question(s). Use the same instructions below.
It is my guess that a family member or other person with direct access to your computer has been the one buying on your account. They may have inadvertantly changed something thaat is causing your issue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can not do this from a mobile device. You must use a desktop.
Click on your Account tab in My eBay, click on Personal information, Click on Edit next to Registered name and address. Click Change next to Registration address. You will be asked to sign on to eBay, then you will get a screen that allows you to change your registered account info.
Your phone number, user id and email address is on this page also.
