Appreciate the help! You give a great detailed response. I tried all of the log ins and they don't work. What is happening with me is I can get to the login pages, type in my info but the blue login button is grey and when it's grey it does nothing. I can click all I want but nothing takes.

What browsers have you tried?

Check to see each browser has an updated TLS client:

It says my SSL is bad. Gotta be honest, I'm not too computer savy. So what do I do now?

Check to see if there are any recommendations at that SSL link -- try the "learn more" links in the sections that are highlighted. There may be a setting you can change somewhere to disable an old version or enable a newer one.

Otherwise, make sure you have the latest possible version of your browser for your operating system. See if there are any outstanding operating system patches or updates that you can easily install.

Installing another browser is an option. Firefox is worth a try. Sometimes it is easier to install a new browser than figure out the settings of an old one. You can likely keep using your old browser for non-financial things, but if your SSL is not current you may not want to trust it for secure transactions.

Exactly what is happening to us. Gray sign in button. Can use app on phone(not good for general use) could still sign into one iPad but constantly flips to app. Deleted app. Now gray sign in on that iPad too. ( we use one iPad dedicated just to eBay & it has worked well until now) Spend hour and half on phone CS. No help at all. Had this happen last September. Used address Eburton supplied & bookmarked it. Worked until about 3 weeks ago. Countless hours wasted. Any help appreciated.

The browser links opening in the app can be fixed, I believe. I know how to do that for an Android device using the device settings; for an iPad I think if you hold down an eBay item link in your browser it gives you the option of opening in the browser or the app -- once you set that, it should remember to open links in the browser.

I do believe it is because they are trying to remove all gun parts. We all know that Communists, socialists, and censors are not capable of engineering viable systems. Just hope we can have a platform that stands for people's rights!!!

Hi I have a Apple Mac and I have had this problem for over 6 months now. I have gone through preferences deleted cookies cleared everything but still cannot sign in. Just gives the sign as a shaded grey and does nothing when clicking on this. Really frustrating as I am a business seller and listing on my phone. Can anyone assist as drawing a blank with EBay and if it continues may take my business elsewhere. Clearly EBay this is an issue sort it out !!!!

I finally did get it straightened out. Actually with the help of my daughters online school. I ended up using the Firefox browser and I'm all good again. Really appreciate your help!

I was able to get mine back and running by downloading the FireFox browser. Seems to work fine now. The Safari browser from what I understand is outdated. Thats what I was using. Good luck! I know how frustrating it is.

I was having browser issues but did not know it. I am using Firefox and it works fine now. Chrome should work too. I still have Safari on my Lap top but am having no issues with Ebay log in on that. I did download Chrome on it just in case. I'm not a techy guy myself so this has been pretty frustrating. Good luck and hope you get it working!

Since your issue does not deal with signing in, you may want to create a separate thread rather than adding your post to this one.

I would suggest trying another browser; if you can see your sold item page in another browser, try deleting cache and eBay cookies in your original browser.

If you are still unable to see your sold items, try this link instead:

I cannot access my seller account or any other site on eBay accept site-map for a week. I have no idea if I sold anything,I tried every which way to get on and I can't.  This is going on for 1 week today.  I called eBay through site map phone #, spoke to 2 different agents?, for 2 straight hours.  Bottom line it's not an eBay problem they said, probably my server.  I told them a good amount of people are on line with the same problem and they told me this was the first they have heard of it. Has anyone had this problem and had it solved, help.
