If you are able to purchase and print postage using a private or incognito browser window, try clearing your cache in the original browser.

Yes, it says something went wrong. I rebooted, and it's still happening. I'm using Google Chrome.

Reboot didn't work...

Clear the cache/browsing history etc... worked for a day (or 8 hours) then the same error again:

Hate to clear cache again since I have to type those saved passwords. So annoying.

Use a private or incognito browser window to print. Open a private or incognito browser window, sign in to eBay, then paste the page URL from your original browser window.

Or use a different browser entirely.

You should be able to clear just your browser cache without affecting any passwords. It should not be necessary to delete cookies or history, I believe.

Printing labels works from the app right now if you have it, it's not working on the desktop for me, either.

If you purchase it on the app it emails you the link to the PDF file.

same here, can't print labels. I actually saw a message earlier this morning that Ebay was blaming USPS, UPS, FEDEX for the problems, saying THEY WERE ALL experiencing Problems. Just like Ebay to pass the buck. Now the message has benn replaced with a large white screen that says SOMETHING WENT WRONG.
