Revising or Adding New Variation Listing Problem??

Is anyone else having an issue with the variations page?

I have a listing with a variation and I am trying to edit it and it is not allowing me to click on any of the buttons, not even the cancel button!  So I decided I would try to do a new listing for another product with variations and the same thing.  I am able to open the variation edit page but then nothing!!  I did contact ebay support and she told me there "was" a bug but it was supposedly fixed and to do a new listing and it should work, but when I told her I tried that, she just said oh, well I put a ticket in for you it must not be fixed!

She can tell me how long it will take to resolve this issue.  Very frustrating!

Use another browser.

eBay changed something, and for me, it is broken the same way with dead buttons in Firefox 31, but works in Firefox 52.

Others are having the same issues using IE11 and maybe other browsers. Chrome appears to be working with variations.

I had read those posts, as I spent several days reading and trying to find an answer to my problem. The ebay lady I spoke to said it wasn't anything I was doing wrong! I did clear my cache and cookies etc.. I use EI11. I Have never used another browser 😞 But I guess maybe I will give Chrome a try. *Crossing fingers I know how to do that and it works!!
