Currently having a problem with a seller so I opened a request and today was the day I could finally escalate it to ask eBay to step in. After trying to submit my request, I am taken to a white page that says:
Oops, we had a technical hiccup

I have tried in different browsers, but the same problem happens, I appreciate the help, I will be attentive
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How am I supposed to ask eBay for help when they've broken their own website and made it impossible?

Try logging off and logging on again. If that doesn't work clear out your cache and cookies to see if that might help.

If this doesn't work, call eBay you can open a case on the phone as well.

It is interesting that finding answers on the community pages is much easier than customer service. They have not been particularly helpful. However, I don't give up until I bother enough people that someone gives me an answer. I would call them, that's what they are supposed to be there for.
