I need to open a case because the item has not been delivered and the seller hasn't responded to my message. It has been a week since I have emailed the seller. The item in question is missing from the resolution center.

What is the estimated date of delivery? You cant file until that has passed.

The original date was 2 month ago, but the seller has agree to send a new one and that the new devliery date would be 20 days later from that date. It is now over 1 month later and the seller has not responded to my messages, so I am planning to file a complaint.

Why does ebay not allow me to leave feedback for some of my items from my past purchases???

If the delivery was supposed to be two months ago, you will have to open a case at PP, you have 180 days there, only thirty days on Ebay.You have sixty days to leave feedback.

The product was purchased on Jun 08, 2018. Can I still open a case against the seller?

Thank you for the replies. I was able to get back the money using your method. I wish ebay would provide better scam protection for buyers.
