(all leafs under that cat)
1. Wants to default Item Height to 8" … for EVERYTHING - Even if height is specified, the "recommended" value is 8"
2. Asks for Department (Adults, Baby, Kids, Teens)
Also … today I had 4 notes on the Android App that Recommended Item Specifics were missing on some of my items. "Add more details" --- This is nowhere to be found on Seller Hub 😞
The specifics that it wants me to update are "Country/Region of Manufacture"
The listings ALL have that information already.

Today while listing in Men's Coats & Jackets issues were:
1. Insulation Material dropdown did not have an option for DOWN filled. It did have options for Alfa, Alginate, Aramid, Cashgora, Copper, Cork, Elastodiene, Elastomultiester, Fiberglass.... All of which would NEVER be used by a customer!
2. Country of Manufacture field is missing. I wanted to highlight that this was Made in the USA.

Perhaps I spoke too soon. Some items that I'm editing seem to update just fine; others I can't make work whether I try bulk edit, individual edit, choosing from the dropdown menu, manually typing in a choice that's in the menu...
An example (if someone from eBay wants to look) - item #123857092615. I've tried changing it every which way. This version shown here is one in which I filled out just the item specifics that had usable menus. Of those, brand is the only one pulling up correctly in search. Size and color are still "unspecified", and gender is an item specific within the form, but is not an option on the sidebar search. Most other sellers' sizes and colors are also unspecified, but there are a couple that aren't.
One other request: please add "cotton blend" back in as a choice under material in the Baby & Toddler categories.

It seems the category for unisex shoes is missing, and the ones I have listed with variations all say "men's shoe size is missing". It won't let me relist or revise these. What if they are more for women's shoes? Why men's shoes?

I got missing sizes and image error, can not edit in bulk. Have to do it manually one by one!

Sales stats still not available in the Seller Dashboard since Thursday, October 24th. I had one of the days show up in the sales graph today but now it's gone! Please fix this.

This will be my last post for a while. I've realized there's just so much, I don't know how you fix it all. And, of course, I'm just looking at the categories that are most pertinent to me...
Sooo - a search at the level "Baby & Toddler Clothing" (as seen below) returns 8 items. On the sidebar, it shows that the only size being picked up here is "Unspecified". If you click that (not shown), it shows that there are 4 items with unspecified size, and no other size options. Where did the other items go?
But then, if you click down one level into "Tops & T-Shirts", you see that there are 7 results, and then you DO see the additional sizes available (although half of them are still unspecified):
So at least for some of the item specifics, different levels of the same search bring up different results.

The 4 shipping options, listed top to bottom are:
USPS Media Rate Mail
USPS Priority Mail
FedEx 2-Day
FedEx Standard Overnight
2. However, only 2 of the 4 options (USPS Media Rate, and FedEx Standard Overnight are appearing in each of my listings

I'm not sure if this was brought up yet as there are too many posts to search through but my eBay App on iPhone crashes every time I attempt to change the brand name in many clothing categories. I have the Beta App with the built in Photo White Out Editor. Not sure where to go to fix this or if there is an ETA on a resolution... Thanks!

I sell antique lamps and lamp shades. I am getting the error code that the "item specific brand is missing". There is no brand on antique lamp shades, as a rule. It is rare that a shade is signed or marked; in that case we would mention that in the title. How to correct?

10/25/19 customer was unable to locate item in search even though there were only 2 of them listed on eBay? She did eventually find it to purchase BUT wondering how many other customers gave up and I lost sales. It's NOT just clothing items that are having technical glitches. Thank you in advance for addressing this!!!

Wonder how much longer all this is going to take I noticed when I started having this trouble that my sales came to a halt what is going on? Why fix something that wasn't broken in the first place ? Please fix all these problems it is out of control.

The 10/25 update is confusing. In one section you say that existing items without the required item specifics (size) won't publish. In another, you say it will be filled in behind the scene and although not showing, will publish. It doesn't look like the existing items are visible to buyers.
Do we need to update all these listings or not? Is it helping if we do update them?
