What browser are you using?
I just checked that feature and it seems to be working for me in Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera on my Windows 10 machine. I see the drop-down with the three choices when I click on that box.
If it works in another browser, try disabling extensions in your first browser to see if something like an ad blocker or other extension might be causing an issue. Sometimes if you have not restarted your browser in a while, pending updates can cause odd issues like that. Deleting cache and cookies might be worth trying, too.
