Store Categories are Still Missing

TECH ISSUE !

This  has been an on going tech issue since my first message on 05/02/18.

There are only about half of my store categories showing.

I am unable to search in my own store for an item.

Imagine my customers not being able to find what they are looking for!

This is so bad for sales and it really needs to be fixed ASAP.

I'm a buyer and understand your frustration, this is not the first time.
searching for a specific item just brings up all kinds of junk now, i've been on ebay since 2013

just trying to reach any category in "ebay motors" I'm met with this message : "Top level category browsing is not allowed. Please provide keywords or more filters for the applied top level category".

hopefully they resolve this issue soon, it's been going on for a month or two.

Today there are less categories than there were the last message.

Have absolutely same problem as yours. No categories on store front page. They're only displayed within listing's description, but when you click on it - you just go to all of your listed items, no filtering whatsoever.

maybye there are some news for this problem or you know how to fix it? I thought that I was only one facing with this problem... It is very frustrating

I've had same issue for quite some time and here' what ebay techs replied to me: yes, there is an issue. But everything runs smoothly at ebay.ca. Which is true, I checked my store and your store - everything's great over there. Question is, when are they going to fix it everywhere else.

They should refund our store subscription fees at least!

British ebay seems to work properly about stores.

same here... it has been going on fro over a week.   nothing has changed.    my item pages have all cataogires and subs on the left but my storefront,  nothing....Ive checked other sellers and the same is happenning to them.....kind of getting mad.   ihave over 1500 items and with no catagories how are people going to find what simular items they want?

wow....youre right!   went to the UK ebay site and everything is ok......now the US site needs to get with it....

when ebay changed my store and my cats no longer showed i carefully moved my sub cats (row 2) to row 1 main cats(because main store cats show) in order to do this(make it fit) i had to merge my prints with my paintings(this turned out to be good because buyers weren't looking at prints before),i don't remember how i did it now but when i had done this i also deleted the original main cats once finished so it wouldn't be redundant,i had to play with it to figure it out but once figured out it took less than 5 minutes to fix.it is important to have working but i'll tell you they won't solve this for you even though they did it,good luck know it's aggravating.

I went to my store and the search feature Is missing too. I went to manage store and scrolled down to listing frame. This is where the search feature should be able to be added. I made my changes and clicked apply but  the screen just scrolled to the top of the page. I clicked preview and the pop up showed it as it should be. I  think this is where the issue is at!!!

I called eBay I forgot the listing frame was just links to your store in your listings. The ebay rep said they moved the search box to the top of the page. When a buyer is in your store the normal search box says search store with a drop down to go back to all categories I was able to search your store and find CASS SCENIC RAILROAD Stoneware P.C.A. Mini Whiskey Jug VINTAGE WV SOUVENIR W.Va.

using edge and chrome I can see 25 categories.
