There seems to be a glitch in some of my Sept 29th transactions that reports as no carrier scan when, in fact, there were.
I went into my sold and paid transactions, clicked on the tracking number and it didn't show any activity except the postal label purchase. I exited the pop up box and clicked on the tracking number again. It then showed the full history up to delivery. These 2 transactions are showing up on my defect report.
Please fix this. Thanks!

You should check the tracking on the carriers web site. In the past I found though eBay's tracking did not show the initial scan the carriers site had it.
