I have a customer return and a refund I need to process and I get an error. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you are using PayPal, do you have enough cash in your account to cover the refund plus any fees that may have been removed?

I'm using Ebay Payments which deducts from my balance of which there is plenty of money. Even if it was defaulting to my Paypal for some reason it would still be covered. It's only a $3 return and a $10 return.

It's happening to me too. Just want to refund the buyer and be done with it. I'm sitting here trying over and over and I keep getting the "we ran into a problem. Please try again later" message. I told the buyer to open up a case against me and now I just get the "Something went wrong. It's not you, it's us" message. Using managed payments.

It might be worth posting over on the Selling board if you have not already; there are many more sellers reading that board than this one, and if someone else has run into that problem, they may have a workaround or a solution for you.

This is happening for me too. An item sold but it only showed as a PayPal sale and eBay never said it sold and I wasn’t able to print a label at all, or see that it was sold so I refunded the buyer and then suddenly the eBay notification comes in hours later saying the item sold but I’d already refunded them but it’s still showing as “Paid- Ship Now” on my eBay and will not let me cancel it.
