Refund Please!

I bought a guitar In January 21, 2025 The postal page shows the seller had never sent it and obviously no tracking was included. The person selling the guitar jra342 should have never accepted $190.93 for the guitar if they were going to keep it. The buyer Order date:Jan 21, 2025Order total:US $190.93Order number:03-12620-00615 Item number: 306035593928. Yamaha F333Acoustic Guitar - Natural

Maybe it's a technical thing this person doesn't understand that posting something for sale, receiving payment, yet keeping the guitar and the payment for themselves is the same as "theft." Would someone please help me help jra342 to understand I need a "refund" if he wants to keep the guitar, and the payment, he won't respond to my messages? Maybe it's a tech thing that this seller doesn't know how to refund a buyer and needs some help: Would someone please help me help jra342 to understand I need a refund if he wants to keep the guitar still posted in his ebay store?

Signed.

Refund Please!

These are the community forums, you're mostly talking to other users here.  This is not eBay's customer service/support.  What is the estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history?

Go file an 'item not received' (INR) case if you can Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay  .  If it's beyond the window in which you can do so, you'll need to pursue options via your payment method (paypal, credit card, etc.).
