I am having the same issue. I requested a call back from customer service and just got off the phone with the rep. He said that sellers are reporting this issue. He sent me an email so that I could reply with screenshots, which I did.
Hopefully, this issue will be resolved quickly.

Yup, multiple reports on the Selling Board too, this appears to be a glitch, which CSRs told at least one of the ppl posting on the Selling Board.
