Recently viewed items

Items are showing up in my recently viewed every single day for the past month and they are items that I never personally viewed. I have been reaching out to eBay for a month now to get this issue resolved and I have been told over and over that the issue would be resolved within 24 to 72 hours and nothing has been resolved and all I get is different answers about what the real problem is from at least 20 different eBay employees that I have spoken to even supervisors and their IT team. does anybody know what the real problem is and is anybody else experiencing this as I have friends and associates that are also experiencing the same exact problem.

The first thing that I would do is change my password. And don’t share it with anyone.

I already changed my email password twice and also changed my ebay password twice and have 2 step authentication on and every time I go on eBay there are more items that have been viewed that I Haven’t personally viewed.
