I usually put my title in bold at the top of the item description, then unclick bold for the description portion. Unclicking bold does not change back to regular, when at the beginning of the line, or hi-lighting a full portion of text.
Working around this by going to HTML code and removing the strong tags it's inserting after every <DIV> tag, but needless to say that's pretty annoying and time consuming.
