This is spam. Check your PayPal account as well as your purchase history to ensure nothing that is not supposed to be there is. Mark the email as Spam and delete it. They're trying to get your info by getting you to click either the "contact us" or "click here" links. Also, change your password just in case.

@dianangele-0, See this link on reporting spoof emai

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Commonly-Asked-Questions/How-do-I-report-fake-spoof-emails/ta-p/278421...

Also, if you compare the logos from your email to one from an actual legitimate email I received, there's a huge difference. The first (top) is the legitimate eBay logo, while the second one (bottom) is the one from the spoof email you received.

Dian, never click on anything in regular email without doing this first:

If there's a link or button in the email, hover your cursor over it (DO NOT CLICK). After a few moments, your mail program should pop up a balloon or line of text with the URL to which the click is going.

If it does not say ebay.com or paypal.com, if it's something else like ebay.russico.com or message.paypal.roolmy.com where the actual dot-com part is something OTHER than eBay or PayPal then it's a scam.
