For the past 2 days every time I list items through the BULK LISTING tool both RELIST and SELL SIMILAR, I get a RED Error message stating nothing has been relisted "DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURE". Has anyone else noticed this. The issue is obviously concerning. Most of the time everything does relist. But when using SELL SIMILAR I have to go in and double check that the items actually did relist and not all of them actually do. This is dangerous because I can't afford to make a mistake when deleting items that did relist and discern from the one's that did not. I already made 2 mistakes and deleted the wrong items so that is work down the drain. Worse would be NOT delisting the right item and selling it in the future and having another sitting in unsolds that could be listed again by mistake and then not have the item if that listing also sells. This is a MAJOR GLITCH!
Yes, I experienced this today also. On three batches of relists every item got the red warning. In each of the three cases, I clicked the try again button and in each case all the items IMMEDIATELY relisted. It was though they were simply held awaiting my click of the button. I checked and none were double listed, and it seems as though they all did relist. If instead I had experienced a mixed bag of relisted and NOT relisted items in the batch (some with and some without the red warning), I would be now pulling my hair out!
I am still getting this on every bulk relist and bulk sell similar day 4 and counting. I have not hit the try again button because most all have relisted, but I do check before deleting. I am somewhat worried though because out of all the relists and sell similars I have done with this bug NONE OF MY LISTINGS HAVE ANY VIEWS going back to Friday. Is anyone getting any views on those items you relisted with the error that they did not go through due to SYSTEM FAILURE?
Same thing here for several days. I do hit the "Try Again" button and they list as if nothing is wrong. But, I too, have to double check, to be sure they actually did list, before I delete them. Another giant waste of time, disguised as an eBay improvement.
I also have been getting the RED error in the "confirmation" message when using the bulk relist. I Do Not click the "try again". I just X off the page and check my current listings. So far, I think all of the relisted items are showing up as currently listed. The reason I don't click the "try again" is because I worry it might double list items and that will be a pain to take care of. I'm hoping this glitch is fixed soon but I'm doubtful that it will be.
I just relisted a few sell similar in bulk and for the first time in 4 days it has gone through normally. Hoping this is finally fixed, for myself and others.
