Last night I noticed my purchase history page will not open properly. It is all garbled with no way to switch to old, new or any other view.
Anyone else having this problem? How to fix it?

If you need to see your orders, one quick alternative is to check the Summary page, which should have an "orders" section.
Here is another older link to your Purchase History page that might work better:
My Purchase History page seems to be loading OK at the moment, so if you continue to have problems opening your page, try opening it using another browser as a test. If it opens fine in another browser, restart your original browser and delete your temporary internet files and eBay cookies to see if that fixes things. From time to time eBay makes changes, and that can cause conflicts with your cache or cookies -- clearing that can sometimes help.

My purchase history page just got "updated" to that awful new format that is really made for phone users (I use a laptop). I thought i would look it up here and sure enough here's the solution and I figured that it would be you to have furnished it.
Thank you again for all of your AWESOME knowledge! You have saved me a few times already. 😁

You are very welcome!
I wonder if the update to the Purchase History has anything to do with the security issue -- for the last few days the regular Purchase History page has been giving a "connection is not secure" warning. I see the "newer" page in other browsers, but I may have to delete my cache to get it to load in my usual browser.
Good to know the old link is still useful.

Interesting...
I had to change my password b/c eBay notified me that my account was possibly being used by someone else. after I changed my password, I looked around and did not find anything wrong...looked in my PP account too and everything was fine.
I did not get that connection not secure warning...but that does explain a lot.
Again thank you for all of your expertise! I know that I rely on your posts...I am always learning new things from you and others here.
