Promoted listings not working

About a week ago there were so many technical issues .. I noticed promoted has not been working on both my accounts .. resulting in 90% drop in sales!

It's not just promoted listings, although that is a major issue. The entire site is a mess. This is my first Sunday ever in 15 years that I have ZERO sales. eBay is broken in a bad way. You are not alone.

Just because you subscribe to promoted listings it doesn't guarantee you any sales.

Ever since the update to promoted my promoted impressions and views have gone down but yet 9 out of 10 sales are charged a promoted fee.

excuse me..  I’ve been selling for 15 yrs I know all about promoted and how things work! When I say there is a promoted issue it’s because I look at my data as well as everything else!  Yes there are a million other things not working properly but promoted not working can turn the lights off completely !

I don't see anywhere in the OP where they stated "guaranteed sales". Why assume? Don't attack the OP if you don't have an answer to their actual question.
