Promoted Listing Campaign Glitch

This is not regarding "Campaign 2" I added to see if I can get rid of the other one.

Glitch - Listing campaign has no box to check to remove. I click on edit campaign. Mouse over icon highlights 66 items I have a total of 15 items for sale. I click on continuous no calendar to select. Click on edit see next picture click on update goes back to first picture

I have already contacted Ebay about a week ago, my problem I am having with the campaign is it not showing up as sponsored at all. An Ebay customer service Rep said they know about the issues with the different Campaign stuff happening and they are supposedly fixing it and I am supposed to get an email when the problem is fixed but i dont expect one anytime soon. He said he didnt know how long it would be before they have it fixed. Mean while people like me are left sitting here not making any money while Ebay takes its **bleep** sweet time fixing these issues. If they cared about their sellers that much these problems would have been fixed already and we wouldnt be here still talking about it

We have experienced the glitch where we cannot delete the first promoted listings campaign.

Also, when you do a search for one of our items, 2 listings of the same exact item pop up in the results, one via promoted listings. I called an eBay rep today and they confirmed that this was yet another glitch.

All of this has coincided with unusually slow sales, down 35% from last year despite being a top rated seller and almost doubling the inventory in our store.

We are at a loss and almost ready to close down the store.

Your lucky that you only have a 35% drop. I have only sold 6 items in the past 2 1/2 months. they still have not fixed my issue
