Promoted Listing Campaign Glitch

This is not regarding "Campaign 2" I added to see if I can get rid of the other one.

Glitch - Listing campaign has no box to check to remove. I click on edit campaign. Mouse over icon highlights 66 items I have a total of 15 items for sale. I click on continuous no calendar to select. Click on edit see next picture click on update goes back to first picture

That is odd. Mine in exactly the same state (active, continuous. 0 listings) do have end as an option in the dropdown.

What happens if you tick the checkbox on the left and use the bulk end button on top? (or does the button stayed grayed out and unresponsive?)

It only wants to end or delete campaign 2.  Campaign 1 has no box to check or calender.

Huh. Something is wrong - I see now that campaign has no checkbox and seems to be in some sort of limbo.

It's annoying if you can't delete it, but at least it doesn't do anything while no listings are attached to it.

All I can think of would be to try adding a listing to it, or play with the end date and see if it becomes deletable then.

You might have to call CS if nothing else works.

Ebay programmers just can't sit around and do nothing, they would be out of a job.  This is done "at our expense". They don't believe in, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".  Whatever changes they make, it's not to the Seller's benefit.  Read this a while ago, "Ebay philosophy:  At eBay, we're not happy until you're NOT happy."

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately there still no resolution for this problem. I started to notice a big drop of my listing impressions from night to day and then I started checking my account. I saw at the beginning of this post some users are affected by not being able to delete one of their promoted listing campaigns and not just that but also if you try to create other campaigns none of your items will show up as "Sponsored" either, just put your title on the search box for your items and, you that have this issue will notice that your marketing investment is not actually being applied.

I have been calling eBay for the past 2 weeks and all they tell me is that: "We just found out that there is a bug in the system and we will add you to the list so they can fix the issue to you". But unfortunately every single CS person tell me the same thing for the past 2 weeks lol. 

I don't really think is a bug, as this is not new to them and is happening with a lot of sellers for over than 1 month. Because there are sellers that still have their listing promoted. And if was a bug would happen for everyone.

My question is, I have a basic store and I wonder if anyone with higher store than basic is having those issues. Are you guys that are having those issues with a store higher than basic or maybe a free account?

Hi there, I've exactly the same issue since November 7th. Promoted listings are dead, for some of us, not for all of us. I've the premium store.

I have been trying for 2 days to update my promoted listings and nothing is happening. My entire store was on promoted listings and now all my listings are saying "Update Promoted Listing". I have a Basic Store. Any suggestions are is this happening to only Basic Stores?

I have a thread going on the Technical Issues board.   I asked for a Blue to help yesterday, but no response yet.

At this point, I am guessing the

update promoted listing button is there if you want to do a quick update to a promoted listing, such as change the %.  It does not mean that the promoted listing needs to be updated.
