If you are having problems with the eBay website you may have to change the http:// to https:// at the top of your browser because eBay is now in Beta form and all your photos etc. should come from a https:// website or it will not show up as good or show up at all. And all you photos and pictures should be at least 1600 pixels on one side and you should be able to transform the photo on your Microsoft Paint program and resave it then upload it then upload it to eBay.
