Problems posting new listings

When I save a draft, nothing happens. The circle with the arrow goes round and round as it seems like it is trying to save it but it does not. I click out of it to resume my listing and only half of what I write in the description is saved. Also loses any shipping information below. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now and is very frustrating. I have used 2 different laptops and it does the same thing. What is going on?

Having problems listing with eBay all week. Losing most of my listing and nothing is saved when I resign onto eBay. Every time I try to enter the "Brand"  entire screen freezes and is unresponsive.  I am unable to enter anything else or proceed further. I have to close entire window and sign on again. Very frustrating that this has been happening to me all week.
