I have an old seller account from over 20 years ago. Ebay finds my username but I cannot get any further. I tried linking accounts...no progress.
Tried new phone number option,..won't let me change it.
I tried putting name and address of my old account in, username. Get stuck in picture verification. How do I use my old user name? Do I try getting old account back. It doesn't work. My new account needs to use my old username. How. I was a good seller of craft items and had a shop, personal seller but trying to build an identity as a seller and my "trading name' was part of when I sold at craft fayres so now I am in a position to sell again and want to carry on in the same way. I did not sell enough to open a business account but my aim is to revisit and build selling up again. How?
