Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label

I have not done anything anything different just my normal everyday ebay routine. When I try to create a label to ship my sold items this error message keeps popping up. ! Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label. This is the third time that this has happened to my account and it always takes ebay about 12-14 days to fix it for me. They have always taken the late shipments off my account but that doesnt stop buyers being upset and asking for a refund. I have even been called a crackhead, scammer and liar which I am not any of those. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if so what did ebay tell them. I have always been told it was glitch. But if it wad a glitch then why isn't happening to other people and also why does it take almost 2 weeks to fix the problem. This is really frustrating. I have been a seller for almost 3 years and have been very loyal to ebay. I am seriously thinking about changing platforms.  For ebay being one of the leaders in the ecommerce platform niche and for how long they have been around they should be better and with all the technology we have today in 2025 this shouldn't be happening. Shouldn't thay have a trained AI to fix these problem. I own another business and I am not tech savvy at all and I even trained my own ai agent to debug my website when problems arise. I used AI to write the code for my website. They should be embarrassed.

Have you tried reinstalling the printer?

Delete it from Windows, reboot your computer, and reinstall it.

I had a similar issue with my older HP and had to remove and reinstall the printer twice before it started printing normally again.

I can't even generate the label now my payouts are on hold for up to 5 days. I have 3 people ask for refunds which I can do that just fine anything that has to do with me being a good reseller I have no control of anymore. I have 20 late shipments because of this and 5 angry customers that will never shop with me again. I have lost $85 due to refunds and 6.people said if its not taken care of by this coming weekend they want a refund. And still I have yet to hear anything back from eBay about any of this not 1 email or message nothing they ghosted me so I have no idea what's going on
