Problems With Photos

Is this a problem with my computer or with eBay photos?

When I upload my photos from my computer to my eBay listings, the photos do not show up, only the number. Like for example, it shows DSCF0371 and not the actual picture of the item.

Because of this, it takes me a very long time to load my photos into my listings. I have to go through the list of numbers to pick the correct photos. It is very tedious. I tried labeling them, like RED SCARF, but they still show up as numbers.

This started about 3 days ago. I had been having trouble with Microsoft Edge, so I disabled it. But that did not help.

I have always used Dell Photo Shop and I love it. This only happens when I upload photos onto my eBay listings.

I have been on eBay since 2002 and never had this problem. Is this happening to anyone else?

Ebay has been having these IT technical issues for a couple of weeks. I do know ebay is working to fix them. You might want to try a different browser to do your listings. It helped with some of the issues i was having.

Are you able to load photos using a different browser? Or a private or incognito browser window? Or by disabling add-ons? Or using the eBay app?

I switched my browser to Google Chrome and it still does the same thing. This only happens on the eBay site.
