he knows that a signature will be required on delivery. I went down the
rabbit hole and couldn't find a definitive answer on whether or not ebay
alerts buyers to that requiremen...
FYI - eBay Motors is now making sellers accept ALL returns within 30
days AT THE EXPENSE OF THE SELLER no matter the reason. There are
protections i.e. guaranteed fit that will ensure ebay pays shipping
