Problems Loading Pictures on listings

I am trying to list a few new items and when I try to upload the jpeg pictures it is telling me "X Photos Failed To Upload" and below that the error message on each file says "Format must be jpeg, png, or heic".

The pics I am uploading are definitely jpg, I checked the properties. I know it is not the files, because I tested with a photo I successfully uploaded to another listing last night.

Is anyone else having this problem? I checked the System Status Board and everything is green.

I've had success in dragging and dropping when uploading doesn't work.

Having the same problem.

same problem today , went to relist a item that had photos it shows as having no photos , when i go to upload the photos it says incorrect format when i know they are the correct format
