Problem with the purchase

I m trying to purchase one poster but unable to make payment and even i listed some items for sale it's been almost a month seen i registered as a new seller i didn't get any positive result on sales. can anybody tall me if is there any technical problem with my account.

Make sure your seller ships to India and also accepts payment from that location before attempting to make a purchase.

I see five items you have listed that ship to my location. I do not know how your prices compare to other sellers of similar items, but very few buyers in the US are likely to take a chance on a newly registered, zero feedback seller located in India using economy shipping to deliver items that are not estimated to arrive until the end of December if there are any other buying options available.

i have checked seller provide shipping service to india 

when i trying to buy item it says We can't process your payment. Try again, or select a different payment method to check out. i have used my other debit card but still it come with no positive way.

Is the seller new to selling? Has the seller actually sold to India before? It is possible that the seller has not set up the account properly.

Of course your account is new as well, so it is possible that the problem is on your end. If you can purchase from other sellers, that would indicate that your account is likely set up correctly.
