Reply to buyer message won't send, freezes when I click send

Hi 🙂

Trying to answer a buyer's question this morning. On my laptop I'm able to type my response in the box but when I click the send button it greys out and never sends. I tried going back to my sent messages and it's not in there even though I gave it plenty of time to refresh.

Finally I had to use my ipad to send it and it worked.

Came back to my laptop and see it still hasn't sent nor showing in my sent messages.

Anyone having this issue?

Have you tried clearing cookies, cache, history, etc. then restarting your browser and logging back in?  Might try rebooting the laptop too.
