Problem with starting a return

I'm trying to start a return for an item that has defects. I get to the info & photo page and when I click "Confirm Return" nothing happens. It just sits there.

Is Ebay having technical problems currently? Because my only other option is to open a dispute with Paypal and my bank, which I'm inclined to do.

Are you able to successfully add a photo? If not, try another browser to see if that works any better for you.
