Cannot send offer to buyers

When try to send offer it gives error that offer has to be 5% or more, no mater what # I put in.

So, what you are saying is that if you try and send an offer to buyers that is 5 or more % off it will not let you? 

On those listings with best offer, do you have a minimum amount you would accept turned on?

Yes to both.  And this issue just started today.

Have you tried sending an offer through the website to see if you get the same error?

Did you check to see if there are any updates for the app?

The offer you're trying to send - it's not below your minimum-accept threshold on the listing, is it?

Has nothing to do with that listing, prices or anything. All are doing this. The issue is that it says must be 5% or more when 5, or any higher #, was entered for the %.  Just reporting this new ebay bug happening on app.

Physically shake your phone while the app is open @mackanenziebl . That will open up a screen to submit a tech error report which will go straight to the developers.

Yes it did. Did they just update it, never had to before. Or new bug?

Just saw another post where it was suggested to place a 0 in front of the % off.
