I'm trying to create a new promotion by choosing the 'copy' selection on a previous promotion. I do this quite often and it should be no big deal, but it is not launching this time. I fill out all the fields as I always do and when I hit the Launch button, which is the final step, it grays the button slightly, but nothing else happens. The promotions summary page never comes back up (as it normally would) and the promotion is not created. It just stays on the Create A Sale Event page where I was choosing all the promotion items and options. No error message is displayed. It worked yesterday when I copied multiple other promotions, so I am wondering if this is a technical error.
One thing to note: This particular promotion is a copy of one I copied and created yesterday, then ended earlier today because of an error. Is there a limit to the number of times I can run a promotion on a given item in a month maybe? Since these were in a promotion that I ended I can't run a new promotion with them, or something like that?
