Problem with Listing Templates

I have been trying to create a new listing template since 11/5/21. But hitting the “Save” button only creates a never ending spinning icon. I’ve read other threads that eBay is working on it but it’s been days! Any insight about when this glitch will be fixed?

I am having the same problem. I guess EBAY doesn't think it is an important feature. So frustrating!
