I've seen a few posters complaining about this lately, don't know if anyone has figured it out yet. And, since you are in Managed Payments now, you can't use PayPal as a backup. I suggest you open a USPS account just in case this becomes an ongoing problem. You can still get a discount there for most classes of mail if you have an account. There are also other options like pirateship that others are using.
