I'm try to issue partial refund for shipping cost to buyer but keep get email unable to process refund.

I retry since yesterday and today more than 10 retry but get same message.
Just wonder if other seller having the same problem.

I'm having the same issue, going on 3 days now. Support told me to wait 24 hours and try again. Failed again. Clearly they have no idea how to resolve this.
