I had a buyer ask a question. I replied, and answered the question. The buyer then replied. "Thank you." On Seller Hub, it indicates that I have an unanswered question. Previously, I would use the pull down menu associated with the item on Seller Hub, and select that I have already responded to the question. Now, however, the pull down menu is not present. The only option available is to respond to the question. The other 12 or so features which are usually displayed via the pull down menu, such as edit, sell similar, send offer, end listing, etc, are no longer accessible. Is this a glitch with my one listing, or is this a wider problem?

In the past, such issues were often caused by the column being too narrow to see the little drop-down arrow that allowed access to other options. See if you can change the zoom level of the page or widen the column by grabbing and dragging the column dividers at the top, and see if that allows you to see additional options.

Thank you! Upon widening the column at least 2 fold, I can now access the pull down menu arrow. I've never had this column form issue before, so I appreciate your insight and successful solution.

I'm having this issue now -- not in the Seller Hub, but in the App.
The App is notifying me that I have 1 unanswered question, but when I open the link, it's apparent that I answered the question a week ago.
