Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Recently I try to load 'certain' ebay pages and they time out. Home page and main ebay page always
load instantly... but when I try to message customers or bring up sold and awaiting shipment/payment pages they often time out and will not reload... then suddenly they will all start loading quickly... then, they
start timing out again. This also occurs when trying to bring up the print postage page.
I have defraged and cleaned out cookies, etc. I have switched browsers (from chrome to explorer), nada, the
problem continues. I also recently purchased a brand new laptop and hoped the problem would be taken
care of .... but the same thing continues to happen. That computer has not had time to
acquire any glitches.
It has gotten to the point this is seriously interfering with business. Very disruptive trying to post auctions
as well as communicate with customers, and with sending out invoices. Really having a hard time with this.
Thank you for any help you might be able to give.

Been having this problem for the last several days (mostly when trying to answer questions, print labels, "sell similar" or "relist" an item. WE can all figure out how to get around this stuff. But I'm not so sure buyers will take the time to try to figure it out....(much less switch browsers).

I have had the same problem for a while. The ebay summary takes forever to load, then when it finally does all columns are marked as "unavailable". I generally have to load it twice, and usually only the second time does it show the data. That's been happening for months.
But now trying to look at feedback, login, looking at items with bids... any secondary seller screen either takes minutes to load, or times out. then it will work the next time, and back to multi-minute loads.
As full-time sellers this has become a real issue with our workflow.
We've got new computers (i7-i9) and 30mbs DSL. Same problem on our Pixel phones with LTE.
the ebay servers are not functioning properly.

I have been having problems loading the pages also for about the last two weeks. I thought it was my computer and cleaned things out yesterday but it isn't any better today. Does anyone have any ideas if this is just temporary? I don't have the patience to go through this all the time.

I decided to call and log my complaint as maybe if more do that it will be resolved. I got a very nice person who said they are aware of the problem and would add my name to the list. She suggested I use a different browser, so with her on the phone, I opened my eBay pages with Explorer instead of Chrome. While it was still a bit slow, it was faster than it has been on Chrome. So - I will use that for awhile and see if I have faster results or if that was just a fluke.

This is ridiculous. I have 1,500+ active listings and the latency issue has been unbearable. I've resorted to updating only 100-200 listings at at time, verses the available 500 via bulk, with my handling time for a recent vacation. Needless to say, eBay has some improvement to make. The continuous 'try again later' error message regardless of browser is a joke. I've wasted hours on both Safari and Chrome. Come on eBay - get with it.
