Need Help! I left a buyer incorrect feedback (was on the wrong buyer). Would love to edit or delete but can't figure out how, and can't figure out how to contact eBay customer service to help me edit or delete this feedback. (It seems like if what you want to contact eBay customer service about isn't listed, there is no way that I can find to contact them.)
Tried three times to use the "Followup to Feedback Left For Others" but the followup doesn't show up on the buyer's feedback, just the original feedback I left.
I've been working on this for 90 minutes, reading all the eBay help items I can, but have not figured this out yet.
HELP PLEASE!
Paul

Positive feedback cannot be revised.
The buyer will most likely need to contact eBay to have the false positive comment removed, which will result in a policy violation ding for your account.

Instead of leaving false positive feedback, you should be opening an unpaid item case and following up for the buyer that does not pay. And set your Buyer Requirements to prevent bids and purchases from buyers with two or more unpaid item strikes in the last twelve months.

As noted, you can't revise or remove positive feedback. But since yours is in violation of eBay policy, the buyer can get it (or at least the comment text) removed.
For leaving followup, did you try this:

I tried five times to leave a followup to feedback. The intention was to say that the feedback left was a mistake. However, the followup comment never appears. Trying to figure out if there is an issue with the 'followup to feedback' system.
