Just a feedback from ebay website:
Between account and help pages, you can find 3 different layouts
old? new? totally anoying; under the "My Account", the most
sensible part of the website, sometimes it leads to believe that i'm under
a phishing/spoffed site. IE, you going clicking a topic on the left side bar, and
some different- looking page appears, once and once again!
Another feedback: finding the right spot where you can get a representative to talk to you is
almost impossible, because it throws lot of pages with help topics.
