Print shipping label issue

Unable to print shipping label as usual manner. Why is that? There is errer message comes (as per the photo attached ) pls help to solve this. Thanks

 This kind of message comes from recently when printing shipping label. Why is that? Pls help.?

It says.......this item needs to be shipped from a different country website.  You are in Sri Lanka............ are you trying to print from the US website?

Thanks for your response. Yes. Because my account is in USA site. But previously there were any issue. Also i print invoices & ect.

I can't print either.  Message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." Nothing is wrong with the label.

Hope this is also related to ebay technical issue on seller hub. Ebay has issue an announcement on 06.10.2020 related to payment and order techinical issue. Hope ebay will work on that and rectify soon.. Thank you all..
