Preferences not passing over to new listings

I've been selling on ebay for 4 years without any issues with preferences. Today every new listing i make requires me to choose a payment option, add my PayPal email, and zip code. This is tedious to do to every listing, I just want it back to normal.

I am having the same exact issue. I have been selling 3+ years and never had the problem either, until a few days ago. Can't get the listing summary preferences to save and now have to manually enter them for each listing. Have tried Ebay customer service multiple times. Nothing has changed whatsoever, still having the issue. They had no answers.
