Postage Issues when listing

Trying to list some more items but the option for USPS first class package has been taken off. Kept refreshing for over 1.5 hours now and no luck. Anyone else experiencing this issue when listing today??

Yes same issue here and all of my already listed first class items are now missing shipping info!

Hi , There is an issue with the quick listing form not displaying all USPS options right now. You will have to switch to the Business Tool. You should see a link at the top of the form to switch. If you do not see the link save the listing as a draft and then you can open the tool with this link. You will see your draft and click resume to open it in the tool.

This started for me last night. 1st class & media mail missing.

I just kept making listings to post later when it’s fixed.

It’s only gotten worse NOW I don’t even get to select who pays postage buyer or us.

Welcome to the club. The amount of money I’m losing is insane and customer support basically said suck it. Surprising considering I’m in the top 10 percent of sellers. 🙄 no offer to credit any store or listing fees. Ridiculous.

@rebelmouse_online  The Quick Listing tool and App are having technical issues. I suggest you switch to the Business Tool on a PC. All of the information you already entered will still be there.

Select switch to the Business Tool on the upper right-hand side of the draft. Ignore the warning, anyone can use this tool.

You can also access the business tool by signing up for seller hub> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw Select listing> create listing>
OR open your existing draft> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts
