The app is not allowing me to list. I have to finish all listings on the desktop. The app is defaulting my returns to “no returns” then won’t let me list the item citing a problem with the shipping policy (my policy is 30 days). I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, closed the draft and reopened it, signed in and out and back in to the app. Same thing. Glitches like this consume time and hinder what is the bloodline of this whole operation-listing.

Have you set up default business policies?
If you have not set up your defaults, you may not be able to list using the eBay app until you do so.

I’m a long time seller, selling 3-5,000 items a year. My policy has nothing to do with this. I’ve had a default shipping policy for years. When I go to the laptop, my default is set. Like I said, the app is defaulting to no returns.
