I had a buyer pay for an item 2 weeks ago and it's still showing as not paid. The buyer's bank deducted the amount from his account and tells him to contact ebay. Everytime either one of us contacts customer service we're told no payment has been made. I even opened a case hoping ebay would investigate however to this point it's still an unopen case.
Can someone please investigate to see if this is part of the issues talked about in the notice?
