When a listing describes an item as being Native American made when it obviously is not, the required reporting categories must all be filled out:
How is that helpful for reporting false advertising? It is also against Federal law to claim something was made by Native Americans without any supporting proof or documentation, yet Ebay doesn't give us a way to report it. Why?

There are more reporting options available than just those three if you choose different categories and reasons.
For instance there is an option to report items listed in a Non-Native American Crafts category with a description that suggests it was made by a Native American.
For something complicated where you really need to be able to describe the policy violation, you may be better off reporting the seller directly using this link:
