Please Help!

I bought Nest Thermostat from this seller phli-7334, he is a fraud, and worse of all he provided to all his customers tracking numbers for deliveries in cities where his customers live. No one got anything from this seller but E bay is not returning money and closed open requests because their system indicates that all items were delivered. That guy stole at least from 20 people!!!! What to do?????  I cannot request eBay help because I have messages like "Oops, we are having hiccups.  Please try again later" all the time, maybe my account is compromised by that guy.  Can you help me PLEASE!!!!!

I would call ebay and also look at the tracking and see if it started out where the Seller is all the way to you. I would call the post office and have them do a search or gps on where the package went.  I  would call Ebay.

You need to take that tracking number to the carrier and see if the package had your address.

If it didn't, get a letter from the carrier stating the package was addressed to you, then use the letter to appeal the case.

The sellers feedback page says seller is "located in Vietnam" and the Item location says: "Georgia, United States."

You purchased one (1) on Oct-21-20 17:25:12 PDT.

The item says Delivery Estimated between Thu. Nov. 05 and Mon. Nov. 09.

The seller does have six negatives, three saying item never received, one not arrived on time, two name calling, all very recent this month. 

Prior to those, the seller has eleven very positives as a seller for the year.

I don't know where you see "That guy stole at least from 20 people!!!!."

It's quite possible something happened to this seller to go missing all of a sudden.

The seller could be sick or worse.

As shipping isn't suppose to be completed till Thu. Nov. 05 and Mon. Nov. 09, I wouldn't expect you to get the item till then, the earliest.

That delivery date would be for an item purchased today, not for the OP's original transaction.

He has now received 7 negs for 3 different multi-item listings.  If you look at each listing's "Item sold" you can add up how many people have purchased these 3 items from him. It's more than 20. And the listings have been ended by the seller, which indicates that he is still alive and well enough to edit his listings.
